Honest homely food that you can serve to the guests with pride. The secret ingredient of this hearty dish is Salvest Mayonnaise with Horseradish!
You will need:
4–6 butterfly pork fillets
150 g Salvest Mayonnaise with Horseradish
50 g butter
1 dl natural apple juice or water
oil for frying
salt and pepper
Pound the stakes thinner with a meat hammer and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the stakes until brown on both sides. Next, lift the fried cuts of meat in a larger oven dish next to each other and spread a table spoonful of mayonnaise on every cut.
Now, clean the onions and slice them thinly. Heat 50 g of butter in the pan, add onion slices and fry them in low heat until the onions are soft. Cover meat cuts with the fried onions.
Finally, pour the water or apple juice in the oven dish. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 ºC and let the meat rest under foil for 10 minutes before serving.
