A pasta classic that everybody is able to make. This Italian-style dish is suitable for the whole family, and is a special favourite of children. However, time has shown that it is an especially great favourite of children!
You will need (for four people):
1 jar Salvest Pasta Sauce with Sicilian Spices
500 g Tartu Mill Spaghetti pasta
For making the meatballs:
400 mixed minced meat
2 tbs breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
oil for frying
To prepare meatballs, mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then, form 10–12 balls with wet hands. Heat a frying pan, add oil, turn the heat down and fry the formed meatballs until cooked. Pour the fried meatballs over with pasta sauce and bring to a boil on low heat.
Boil spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, then drain, mix with the meatballs and pasta sauce and serve.
