Põnn Organic carrot and sweet potato puree is a mild-flavored vegetable puree and made from only two ingredients. It is perfect for babies, who are just starting to eat solid food, but also for older children as a snack or side dish. The puree contains dietary fibre to support healthy digestion and help prevent constipation. With its simple recipe and ingredients that are considered to have a low allergy risk. We recommend it for babies after 4 months of age.

Instructions

Shake the package, squeeze product into a bowl, heat up necessary quantity to 40…50°C. Recommended for infants from 4 months old. Start with 1-2 teaspoons per day before increasing the amounts gradually. It is best to spoon-feed and not to give the package to the baby to suck on. Do not warm the package in a microwave oven.
